Raccoons were getting into our roof through the vents at the top. I was afraid they would fall through out roof. Technician Bo came out and was extremely informative. Told us how the raccoons live in the attic and reassured my wife it was unlikely going to get into the house. He also said that if they did they’d come out within an hour and hand catch them. Took about a month to completely rid the house of raccoons but it was absolutely worth it.
