Two inspections of your home or business are conducted by our Certified Wildlife Technicians and Certified Wildlife Exclusion Specialists.
Initial Wildlife Inspection – This inspection is completed when we first arrive on the property. We’re looking for specific wild animal intrusion points and to identify the animal getting into the structure. Your Wildlife Technician will then determine the best way to remove all of the animals that are entering the structure. You’ll be informed of the plan to move forward and method we’ve chosen to get the animals out.
We’re Tech First! – Sometimes we feel like we’re a tech company that does wildlife removal. Our team utilizes every available tech tool to ensure we’re on the cutting edge of wildlife removal technology and solutions. If your technician determines a trap needs to be placed on the property, we’ll place a camera too. That’s a 4G camera that remotely connects to our office and we monitor that trap area every 3 hours. It also let’s us know when there’s motion at the site. Our team uses that tech to get to trapped animals faster than anybody else in the market – but ultimately we do it so no animal has to sit in a trap for more than 24 hours. Most are removed in less than 10.
After we leave the initial appointment you’ll have a comprehensive wildlife removal plan in place and being executed by our staff. You won’t need to do anything while we’re in the removal process. Once we’ve removed the target animals you’ll get a complete home inspection by our Certified Wildlife Exclusion Specialist and recommendations for cleaning up the damage and fixing the entry points backed by a 10 year animal-free guarantee.
The second inspection that we do on your home or business is our WILD Report – containing details on the damage the animal has caused to the structure(s) and how to fix the entry points so they are permanently prevented from re-entering. We then issue a 10 year animal-free guarantee once the entry points are closed that no new animal will re-enter the structure through one of the entry points we’ve closed.
Our WILD Report focuses on multiple inspection points across your home or business, including:
- Identifying the damaged areas and providing customized solutions to fix the damage that are safe for people and pets.
- Locating the entry points that allowed the wild animal to freely enter your structure and providing wildlife-specific solutions to permanently prevent this from happening again, backed by a 10 year animal-free guarantee.
Our Certified Technicians have decades of experience humanely removing wild animals from any structure or property. There are multiple ways we can remove an animal from your home or business, including humane live traps, one-way doors and, in limited cases, the use of eviction fluid. Technicians can, depending on where the animal is, physically remove the animal(s) as well. In most cases this is not a solution as the animal will disappear into the attic area or a location that they cannot be caught in as soon as we try to grab them or they aren’t present when we are on-site. The animals will come and go as they must leave your structure to get food and water.
It is important to note that each and every animal and situation are entirely unique and we’re going to use the best solution in every situation. Our priority is on removing the targeted animals safely and humanely as fast as possible. Our methods are approved by the Humane Society, SPCA and Wildlife Rehabilitation Facilities. Our removal policies are also specifically designed to take the necessary time to ensure the animals are humanely evicted – and never die in your walls or attic.
Louisville Critter Ridder is a humane company. We don’t euthanize any animal unless it is sick, required by a governmental agency or law, a release site is not available/feasible or has bitten someone and needs to be tested for Rabies. Wherever possible we contract with landowners to obtain written permission to release the animals we’ve removed on their property.
We’ve got a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator on staff, tested by the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council. We’re dedicated to ensuring our furry friends have a long happy life.
