Wildlife & Animal Removal Pricing
Our team is always honest and upfront with our pricing. We guarantee that we will match or beat any other wildlife removal company pricing for the same services. We routinely price-shop our competition in the market to make sure our prices are competitive and the best in Louisville. We’ve had national and regional companies quote thousands of dollars more to our clients for wild animal removal, damage cleanup and entry point closures – if they’d used our service it would have cost 1/3 of that amount. And now we’re coming behind them to fix their shoddy work.
We’ve got one promise: to provide the best possible pricing with the best possible solutions to every wild animal problem you could ever experience.

When pricing wildlife control work you’ll have three expenses, and we include a free WILD Report. Click the tabs to learn about each.
When a wild animal gets into your home or business, the animal that targeted the home or business needs to be removed or it will continue targeting your structure – even if you close up the entry point. Louisville Critter Ridder charges a flat-rate fee for this service that we guarantee will be less costly than the setup fees, visit fees and animal removal fees our competition will be charging you.
What’s Covered
Inspections – Our Inspection and Wildlife Removal Fee covers all of the inspection work our team will do to determine the type of animal is invading your space, how the animal is actually getting into the area, the damage that has been caused by the animal and what we will need to do to fix the damage and close the entry points.
Unlimited Animal Removal – For jobs involving a live animal trap, our Inspection and Wildlife Removal Fee covers as many animals causing the problem as necessary until your activity stops. That means no activity noticed by you, or no activity noticed by our on-site monitoring equipment for at least a period of 7 days. That doesn’t mean we stop trapping after 7 days – it means as long as necessary (for example, 2 weeks and 7 days or two months and 7 days). Once that 7 day period elapses with no activity, the animal damage and exclusion inspection process begins.
Damage Cleanup Inspection – After we’ve removed the targeted animals from your property or structure, we’ll get to work on a price quote to remove animal feces, soiled insulation and other damage caused by the wildlife invaders. Our inspection process is very different than the other companies. We never charge unnecessary services or recommend insulation removal when it isn’t required. That means our technician will recommend different solutions based on what he thinks is required versus what every other company will charge you.
Once we finish quoting the damage repairs you’ll get to pick and choose what you’d like to do, or just go with what our technician recommends. If you’re planning to shop this quote around you can do that too – just remember we’ll beat any other price quote you get for the same service and we’re already likely the lowest cost.
Entry Point Closure Inspection – Once the animal damage cleanup work is quoted, we roll that information into our Entry Point Closure quote. Our team will show you where the wildlife have been entering your structure and recommend permanent solutions to fix that problem – backed by a 10 year animal-free guarantee.
10 Year Animal Free Guarantee – Our animal-free guarantee is for entry points that you have us close on the structure. If you decline any entry point that we recommend to be closed and an animal gets back into the structure through that entry point we won’t cover it. The same is true if the animal rips its way back into the house creating an entirely new entry point. That’s why our team takes special care and as long as necessary to target and remove the animals that initially made entry into your structure – we don’t want that same animal trying to get in again.
Why We’re WILD About This Report – After we’ve removed the target animals and quoted both the animal damage cleanup and entry point closures we’ll issue you a Wildlife Inspection and Loss Determination report – The WILD Report.
This report, generated by your Certified Wildlife Technician, gives you every piece of information your insurance company will need to get a complete picture of your animal problem and makes approvals for insurance damage extremely easy. We’ll back that report with a copy of our insurance and licensing information if needed by your adjustor. The quote will also be attached along with marketing materials for any wildlife-specific products we’re recommending or using on your structure.
You can also use this report to clear up any wildlife problems that may be preventing the sale of the house that were notated by your home inspector. You’ll likely still need to have the home re-inspected by the Buyer and/or Home Inspector but it’ll make that process much smoother.
Once you have work done to the structure the WILD Report will be updated to include the specific areas that we have excluded, specific areas that are exempted from coverage and our general terms of the guarantee. If you ever have to have work done around these covered areas please make sure the person doing work on your structure knows not to touch them or you’ll lose the guarantee – and if they do we’ll need to re-inspect them to ensure the guarantee stays intact. Once our work is complete you’ll get an updated WILD Report that includes a formal certificate of the guarantee.
